Health Issues

Mental

  • GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder)

  • MDD (Major Depressive Disorder)(currently under control)

  • ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)

GAD made it really hard for me to start posting art, and to a certain point it still does. I constantly check my posts, afraid I've drawn or written something that has offended someone, and the slightest amount of attention (usually through messages) gets me feeling like I'm going to throw up from how anxious I get.
I also have a tendency to have night terrors (panic attacks while asleep) in days where I'm stressed over anything big like an artist alley event, or con in general. It can happen over a simple interaction that stressed me out ever so slightly as well.
Having that said, it was really hard to start but I'm glad I did, and if you're reading this right now, please know that I appreciate all your support so far. I'm eternally greatful to everyone who has helped me in this journey.

Physical

  • HCM (Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy) and SADS (sudden arrhythmic death syndrome)

  • Chronic Gastritis.

  • Asthma and a bunch of allergy related issues.

  • Scoliosis and a bunch of other bone issues.

Issues that can directly affect my life as an artist

  • An unknown illness that affects my daily life, making me dizzy (motion sickness and brain fog) every single day, some days it's unbearable to the point where I can't leave the house, and barely even stand up, but thankfully most days are tiring yet manageable nowadays. I have gone to more than 10 different doctors and none have managed to pinpoint the problem.

  • Suspected De Quervain's Tendinitis on my left hand that has been ongoing since November and only getting worse because I can't afford the exams and it feels like even through SNS24 I can't get them done through the government. I am currently just waiting for it to pass, and hoping it'll get better with at home physical therapy and medication.
